LJC Health is a direct-pay facility that does not process insurance claims directly. By eliminating the administrative burdens and high costs of insurance billing, we provide more affordable healthcare rates for our community. Patients receive detailed, transparent invoices that can be independently submitted for potential insurance reimbursement.
Note that external services like pharmacies, labs, and diagnostic imaging will still bill your insurance provider as usual.
Initial Assessment: An in-depth 60–90 minute session focused on your medical history and wellness goals ($250.00).
Primary Care: Efficient 15–30 minute follow-up visits tailored to your specific health requirements ($90-150 based on complexity).

Addiction & Chronic pain: $150 flat rate due to prescribing high risk medication requiring monitoring. 

Weight loss: $150 office fee plus cost of medication and supplies.   I use compounding pharmacies accredited with the FDA, and will always look for the most economic supplier that meets industry standards for safety and quality.  I do not mark up the cost of medications and supplies.
